When do you invite your guest with a guest?

 In blog

Situation
Mary and John had to keep the number of their guests to a minimum and were unsure how to handle inviting their guest with a guest.

Solution
So…
It is acceptable to invite single guests with a guest when they have a long time steady partner, significant other, fiancé or living with someone. It is NOT OK to bring any guest, such as a child.

The best way to let your guest know that their guest needs to be appropriate is to put “adult celebration” on the respond card. They will need to fill out the card and it would be hard to miss if noted on this card.
